Costa House

GPPS is currently supporting a housing project at 160 State Street targeting transition age young adults (18-26). The population of this project consists of individuals aging out of the foster care system, asylum seekers, and individuals who come through homeless programs. The lack of housing options has meant that State Street filled all 37 rooms and created a waiting list as soon as it opened the intake process. Peer support will be critical for many of the residents to maintain stability. We are now piecing together funding for an appropriate level of support.
